You know, my problems are nothing compared to the pain that everyone else seems to be going through. I should consider myself lucky that I don't deal with physical pain every day of my life. I have had my share of painful accidents and head injuries and such so I can be compassionate with being in a lot of pain, but I feel ashamed now for thinking that being mentally challenged is tough; and even though it is, I can atleast learn to navigate and hide from my thoughts. . .you can't train physical pain to go away, you can just get used to it.
Having mental difficulties and physical difficulties may be different, but they are both equally real and difficult in their own way. Don't be ashamed. :)
