When we look at the son we see Gods original purpose in everything created Col 1;15 We have to choose to let go of old ways, we must change the way we think, and we must develope Godly habits...and in everything trust God! If we let go of the negative in our lives whether it be in thinking or something else it would be good starte and very refreshing,, like in our diets we stop eating that wich isnt good for us, and our bodies gradually starte for feel better, but before that happens it goes through a certain suffering because it is addicted to the old way of eating. So it is with our soul, getting rid of the old ways may not be easy but with the strength of God we can do it and starte to feel differently, strength and joy comes from doing that and connecting to him for growth.
