the first time I tried cutting was when I was 15. I had gone away on a school exchange trip and while I was there.. was drugged and raped. When I came home.. I was so alone and depressed.. I soon realized the razor could help me with the pain I felt.

Type: Clinical (Major) DepressionMy first big depression was after my rape experience.. I never thought of it then but I look back and realize it was. Ever since then.. ive been dealing with depression. Just this year it was so unmanagable that I stopped goin to school.. pretty much stopped my life.

- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Somewhat Helpful
- Showed the feelings that I associate with behaviors.
- Effexor Not Working
- It made me feel sick..and didnt really do to much.
- Prozac Working / Worked
- Gave me energy and improved my mood alot.

- I always write, when I cant reconize the feelings that I am feeling. without writting and poetry, i'd of gone crazy years ago..
