Fuel your youthful spirit

Embrace Life!  Bring the neighbors together by organizing a block party at your house.  Or coach a little league team.  Share the joy and let your youthful spirit shine!

I thought it was interesting and along the lines of what we've been talking about this week here at DS.  We've talked about happiness and if we have to relearn how to be happy.  I think that some of things that I took for granted before are things that I have to remember not to take advantage of and appreciate them.  Some of those things:

1.  My son's smiles and when he says 'mom, I love you.'

2.  Watching the sun set and enjoying it with my mother, her husband and my son.

3.  Having people in my life who love me unconditionally such as my mother and my sister.

4.  Accomplishing little tasks such as cleaning out a junk drawer or closet.

I'm sure there are many other things that make me happy or cause happiness in my life.  I will continue to look for the small things daily and add those to my list.
