as u may or may not i lost job a few weeks ago my depression i thought had drifted away is creeping back
slowly crushing my heart and mind
i just dont understand why people have been so unkind
i just dont get it my tears r blocked they sit on my heart
and panic incases me i feel so sad and trapped is this my life?
what did i do to deserve to feel so bad ??

I'm sorry that you are feeling so bad. You are not alone. Hang on. It might help if you journal what's been happening. Are you feelilng overwhelmed? Did someone do something that hurt you? Huge hugs.
