The boxes are piling up around the house.  Now that we've started packing the pictures, knick knacks, stuff we don't use on a daily basis, the place really looks like some one elses house.

But we have been really blessed.  So many of our friends from church with trucks and trailers have offered to help us move, we should be able to do most of the move in one day.  Some times I think it would be easier to do it all in one big truck, but this way we'll have more strong male bodies to do the heavy lifting, especially since there is a short flight of stairs from the garage into the house.

It's going to be an adjustment, a lot of changes.  The new place is on 1/2 an acre, and the neighbors are not within hollering distance.  My hubbie is used to going out on the driveway and talking to our neighbors...won't be doing that anymore.

My sunflowers are all blooming and they are gorgeous.  I'm so glad, because they don't transplant, and I think it's God's way of telling me that he loves me, and next year I'll have space for a great garden.

The hardest part of moving will be saying goodbye to our neighbors, so many of whom were so welcoming when we first moved there.  It's time for a new chapter in our lives.
