Still not sure about the Zoloft.  Not sure what to tell the psychiatrist on Friday.  There are definitely days and moments I feel better, but it's not consistent.  I guess that's what I'll tell her.  Like today I'm already feeling like I'll need a Klonopin pretty soon.  It's been about 6 weeks on the Zoloft so far.

Last night I held my 3 week old nephew.  Holding babies makes me anxious, but I wanted to hold him especially since I'll be moving away soon, so I sat in a chair with pillows under both my arms and held him for a little while.  He was being a little fussy so I had to change positions a lot.  I was happy I did it even though I had waves of lightheadedness.  I knew he couldn't fall or get hurt since I was sitting in a chair with pillows.
