Close Fibromyalgia

I have had Fibromyalgia for more then 15 years. I'm unable to work. I feel so blessed to have a very supportive family and church.

Treatments

Aqua Therapy Not Working

I had a hot tub and had to stop using it 100%, it brought on severe burning constantly.

Cymbalta Not Working

Made me nauseous big time.........

Effexor Not Working

Didn't work

Elavil Not Working

I felt so much better when I was on Elavil in so many ways. I had to stop due to great difficulty urinating.

Gabitril Not Working

Didn't help at all

Heat Working / Worked

Use on my hips when my bursitis is painful.

Lyrica Not Working

I went back to Neurontin, too expensive.

Morphine Working / Worked

It helps, but I'm not sure how much to be honest.....I try to remind myself of where I was prior to this med. The pain was so severe I was in the hospital.

Neurontin Working / Worked

It helps with the burning, I tried stopping it before then I learned how much it really is helping.

TENS Not Working

Too difficult to use and since I hurt all over, not a good choice for me.

Vitamin B12 Working / Worked

I'm always tired, I use vitamins in the powdered form since regular ones make me nauseous.

Zanaflex Working / Worked

This med helps me sleep. I use 4mg. tabs. One before bed....one when I wake up in the middle of the night.
