I set out this week to make sure I went to the gym.

 

Because it is Winter where I am it gets harder and harder to go to the gym after work so I have been going for at least 40 minutes of my lunch times because by the time that I get changed at both ends it takes up time.

 

I have enjoyed it so far and feeling soooo exhilerated afterwards.

 

Monday from 12.30 to 1.10 woohoo

Tuesday from 12.00 to 12.40 woohooo

 

I am so happy with my progress so far and I even managed to get out for a walk on Monday night as well.  Instead of taking the car to the supermarket hubby and I left the kids with my mum and walked... how cool is that.

    Fantastic -- keep up the good work. I'm with you -- my motivation to get out there and work out takes a nosedive in the shorter, colder months. But when I DO get good exercise, it feels so good! Try to keep that exhilerated feeling in mind when you find you'd rather stay under the covers than get up and put on those workout clothes. Good luck!
