so i ate my first meal of the day at 4:45pm, I didn;t have time to get food at work all day. I drank an orange powerade for breakfast, cause I touch money all day and couldn't eat.

 

For my meal so far I've had a 6" honey oat and turkey sub with american cheesem, lettuce, spinach, tomato and green peppers. It was sooo good.

 

 

I had my last meak of the day now!

 

Turkey burgey on 9 grain wheat bun, lettuce tomato and pickle.

side salad with a tad shredded cheese and lime and honey dressing.

and a big cold water!

morning time i has a small naked brand juice antioxodent mango flavor.

a low carb wrap with egg spinach and feta.

 

for lunch i had a whips strawberry yogurt  and some carrots and a bottle of water.

 

dinner time, was friday night and we had a party/bbq where i ended up having two cheese burgers, with meath cheese lettuce and ketchup in 3 hrs of time, I had one burger at 8 and some tortilla chips and guac, then at 11 i got hungry again and had one more cheeseburger.

gatorade for breakfast for the slight hangover, parents had cinco de mayo themed dinner party, i had one cheese chili releno, 2 crunchy tostadas with beans, avocado, cabbage and cilantro, some water and a i ended up having a pepsi.

 

i had one small scoop of ice cream at the family dinner, it was smaller then my fist.

 

dinner time i had a plain turkey burger on a wheat bun with lettuce and pickle.

i had strawberry lemonade.

so far ive had a blueberry bagel with light cream cheese, a glass of vitamin enriched orange juice and a banana. 

 

for lunch i had a panini with a slice of cheese, half an avacado and lettuce and some carrots and then a lowfat yogurt

 

for dinner i had two crunchy homeade tostadas with nonfat vegetarian beans and cilantro, tomato and mexican cheese.

i had a blueberry bagel, ligh cream cheese, a vanilla fat free yogurt, 4 large fresh strawberries, and orange juice.

 

for dinner i had a lean turkey burger on a panini with cheese, avocado and lettuce and a side salad and some juice. i've had a little water today.. 

 

5/7/2008

for breakfast i had a banana and a strawberry whips yogurt.

 

for lunch i had a 9 grain wheat wrap with turkey mustard and lettuce and 1 serving of wheat thins  and 10 baby carrots. i had a bottle of water so far.

 

for dinner i had a cup of rotelli cheese stuffed pasta, a toasted panini and a side salad and punch. not the very healthiest but i needed some pasta!

 

 

for dessert i will have a cup of chopped strawberries 

 

5/8/2008

 

for breakfast i had a boston cream pie flavored lowfat yogurt and a thin slice of almond bread.

for snack i had about 5 pieces of lowfat squeeky cheese curds

 

and for lunch i had a lean turkey burgey patty on a 9 grain bun with l,t, and pickle.

and i did have some vegan french fries with that and a light peach tea with lots of ice.
