my ex used to punch me call me names threatened to kill me he would drag me by the hair hold me down and hit me, the last time he strangled me until I gave up trying to breathe then he punched and bit me spat in my face, then I finally stood up for myself by holding a small heavy object above my head and said come near me and I will kill you he then chased me around the house trying to get me to put the heavy object down as I tried to call police , I had an avo put on him it ends in one year

foot specialist says I have crps type 2 then says its type 1 from fractured ankle 8yrs ago had three screws inserted then pulled out as the screws were poking out under my skin had pain ever since the accident and doctors are all dickheads
