Walking Mood

In stead of using steps I will use miles or Kilmeters to report  how much I have walked. I am glad to say that I have walked three times this week and althought today is a bad day and I will not be walking I am going to keep walking on those days that I can. I stretch before walking but if I accomplish this goal for the next two months. I will add more stretching and maybe a little strength training. I still have the handouts from physical therapy on the exercises I can do and how to do them. I think I will try to incorporate some of them into my schedule.

5-14-08: I walked around the mall Yesturday according to my pedometer, I did a total of 8,000 steps.

5-13-08: I walked from my house to the store. My pedometer, says that it was a total of 1,000 steps.

5-12-08: I went to a mini shopping plaza with a friend and we walked around. The pedometer reading was 4,543 steps.
