is feeling OK
I'm 46 years old mother of 2 grown children, I live in Jersey. I enjoy reading, gardening, surfing the web, spending time with my 17 year old daughter, and love to spend time outdoors.
Have a great weekend
Thanks!!! That felt good. Glad your symptoms are better. Don't work too hard!!!!! HUGS....xxoxo
hers a hug for you x
How are you doing today? How's mother meno treating you? With the heat wave, here, the flashes are on!!! I know that people have strong opinions about anti-depressants but Paxil has cut the flashing to almost nothing. That's been a relief!!! I still have fog brain and lack of focus, though. This, too, shall pass (although my mother is 77 and still having meno symptoms...UGH)! Love you...:)

I have been going through menopause for almost 5 years now, at 46. The symptons that I'm going through is unbelievalbe, and I am just about to throw the towel in.
I'm a 46 year old female, have had diabetes for about 19 years. I started out just taking pills for my sugars, but then I became pregnant with my 17 year old daughter and been on insulin every since then. My sugars have been uncontrolled for a number of years, I think I just didn't know much about diabetes at that time, but I have changed doctors and the one I have now have changed my insulin and I'm on pills too. With this change in medication my sugars have gotten a lot better.
I'm a 46 year old female, 2 grown children and had been having problems with my digestive system for the last couple of years, no doctor can figure out the problem, can anyone help me out.
I have been on Xanax for about 10 years, I was first prescriped it for depression, now I'm on it because I can't sleep without it. I know that it's addictive, but there are many of days that I don't take it and can still sleep. I think it helps me a lot.
