I have been self harming for a long time. I've been in a welfare secure unit in Peterborough for a year in the beginning of 2006. I've had about 7 overdoses and i'm always in Hospital. I've nearlly thrown myself off a bridge and nearly been sectioned 5 times in the last 4 months.
