      Treatments

      Allergy Shots Somewhat Helpful
I have regular bad reactions, both systemic and non. I get three shots every week- right now we baby step one per week.
      Nasacort AQ Somewhat Helpful
Meh- better than the others I've tried.
      Nasal Irrigation Somewhat Helpful
I don't do this every day like I did in the beginning. It seems that my sinuses are too sensitive right now and get sore pretty quickly.
      Singulair Working / Worked
I take it 2-4 hours before allergy shots to help prevent reactions.
      Zyrtec Somewhat Helpful
Wish it did more than it does on days like today.
