Close Molluscum Contagiosum

My 5yr old son has had mcv now for a yr. It started out on his R thigh and has now spread to his buttocks, both inner thighs, backs of thighs and both elbows. He's even getting it on his face. He also has eczema which his MD said usually makes it worst. It has been a nightmare. Dermatologist has basically said it has to run its course. I cant stand them. Tryin to be patient but it seems to be spreading.
