My x just called me from a restricted number asking to see the kids!!!! I'm stunned!!! I don't know what to do! I told my mom that if he would call me he could see them, but I didn't think he would call! He hasn't called this entire time!
What if he does what he did the last time he called to see the kids? What if he comes to my house, knowing the kids are at my mother's and attacks me again? I'm freaking out!

first off you need to calm down, the kids need you to be strong for them,,, there is places the court will set up for him to see the kids with a moderator in the room the whole time he sees them,,, you take them at a certin time and pick them up when he leaves,, can you call your lawyer and set this up,,, that is about all I know to do,,,,good luck

I got my lawyer through Legal Aid, since the divorce is final he is no longer my lawyer... I don't have the money right now to hire a lawyer... moderators cost money as well, I don't have the money for that... I don't know what to do!

Get a restraining order right away. Is there anyone who could stay with you for a few days? Or better yet go stay at a friends house, or your mothers. If he continues to harass you call the police and see if they can get him to stop.

I agree with everyone else I would first get a restraining order ASAP and then go thru a lawyer to set up any other encounters you two must have.Just to be safe and to have everything documented.

Sometimes u need to take something away, in order to know yr missing it.. It could be yr ex, whilst a pig, has missed his kids n now perhaps wants to make amends??
Try n think objectively for the sake of the kids, perhaps an escort like yr mum, or supervised at their house? Try to be calm, hon, it will help u with yr decision :)) xxxx
