What more can I really say. There was so much shame in me when I was gambling, because I KNEW the whole time what I was doind was wrong. Argggh! Feel so much better being gamble free than I ever did playing poker!

The shame was one of the worst parts of gambling....I was ashamed when I would run into someone who came into my business in the casinos....there was this one guy who I would run into about 2 or 3 am, and he would say....don't you work tomorrow???? Yikes....so embarrassing.....and NO MORE....so much better I don't have to face that anymore!!!!
