Who knows; Why can't anyone figure out what is wrong? why do i have to go from specialist to specialist back to primary dr for nothing? No one knows...crying everyday in chronic pain; fatigue and I have panic attacks that feel like heart attacks and who knows maybe one day it will be a heart attack and I will be thinking its a panic attack cuz there is no differce. I am so tired of everything and just dunno what to do. I go to mental health, talk that goes no where, throw me more medications that so far do not control emotions. Tired..just plan tired. Going to vascular next. God willing its something to do with that with chronic pain in my FEET and possible has something to do with my knees then I will take care of the so called fibromyalgia which I think is controlled by Lyrica or neurotin..I switch every week cuz I dunno which is working the best. Your story sounds so familiar. It seems that fibromyalgia, fatigue and panic attacks or other mood issues often go together. A low dose antidepressant helped mine fibro. It's worth asking your doc if it hasn't come up. The frustration of not being able to get answers is sometimes as bad as the symptoms themselves. You want so much to get better, and no one really knows how to do that. And there are all these people selling all kinds of products and willing to take your money and tell you they'll make you well -- and, for me at least, they've always been disappointing. Hang in there. It'll be worth it when you feel better!

Hi huangreatdog; I take klonapin and lamictal and that don't help my depression from pain. Moraphine didn't help my pain and hydrocodone either, if anything they just took the edge off where I wouldn't do anything stupid(I wouldn't anyhow, thoughts are there thought), God willing soon I will be all better. I go to a vascular dr june 3. thats the only doctor I haven't seen and I thought I saw them all(specialist), Love, Cindy
