About Me
I am a happily married mother, and NANA of 6. I am no longer working due to my health problems. I'm all about family...they give me my greatest joy.My favorite thing to do is go on cruises with my darlin husband and siblings.I do water exercises 3 times a week at our local YMCA and that helps to keep me movin.I LOVE to read.I LOVE the ocean and the beach!!

Close Chronic Pain
I have advanced Scoliosis. I have been having problems for 14 years now. In the last 2 years it has become almost unbearable. I am currently going to a pain clinic, but so far no good results. I am allergic to most pain meds. I do not know anyone who has Scoliosis, and have no one to compare notes with. I am currtenly VERY frustrated and in constant pain. Even the Dr. at the pain clinic doesn't know what to do with me.

I am a 53 year old mom & Nana. I have been dealing with Scoliosis for 14 years now. It has become really bad over the past 2 years. My right leg is 1/2 shorter now..I have a lift in my shoe. I had to give up heels. I cannot stand up straight. I cannot stand up for more than a few mins. without horrible pain. My spine(curve)lies on my sciatica when I stand. So glad I found this site yesterday. I felt so alone. Didn't know anyone with this horrible condition. Hugs to you all. megarey2
