I didn't write in my journal yesterday. I had so many messages from DS friends and hugs that I was too busy sending messages and I forgot.

I think the last couple of days have been ok. I have felt anxious, especially in the morning and I still feel depressed but that overwhelming sadness has subsided a little over the last day or two and I'm just hoping and praying that nothing happens to bring it back.

I'm still angry and I have to keep switching my mind to other things to stop thinking about it.

I'm still not sleeping well either. I just doze for an hour or so then wake up. Then at about 5am I always wake up with a jump and I'm always in a cold sweat feeling anxious and panicky. Why is that ?

Anyway, I hope things are going to improve. Still can't face the thought of going back to work. I just want to be here for my children.

    THESE FEELINGS WILL COME AND GO , BUT IF YOU FOCUS ON YOUR KIDDIES THATS A GOOD THING , THOUGH IT CAN BE A STUGGLE SOMETIMES , ESPECIALLY WHEN THEIR A HAND FULL , TAKE CARE AND BE STRONG

    I think the best thing you can do is go back to work. May sound a little whatever...but the thing that got me through my exhusband's affairs (there were many!) was to keep busy. It doesn't help to dwell on the hardships we face. We just need to buck up and do what's best for ourselves and our children. Work, THAT'S A GOOD THING! If anyone at work starts talking about it, just be strong and let them know that you are stronger than the events in your life. Good luck. I won't be on here anymore because I'm frustrated as hell. Read my journal entry if you haven't already. It is not directed at any particular person, just venting my frustrations at how this site works....Smile, and the world will smile with you. Take care.

    its all belive it or not part of healing,this is lets say step one,and each step it will get better,ipromise you not that it will be easy but it will get better oh pratice swimming you have a long way to go have a great day bob
