More weight, longer workouts, more stretching, and yet still all getting easier. Oh and needing less sleep.

I just wish we had a shower here at work after huffing and puffing through my morning bike rides.

Way to go. It's Santa Cruz; don't worry about the showers :-)

Keep on huffin and puffin. The body has a mind of its own when it comes to weight, but I know you'll get to your desired weight. You can do it!

You are doing great! I ride my bike outdoors when the weather is nice. It is so liberating. I just can't get into indoor stationary bikes. I'm not a gym person. But Richard Simmons and I have little rendevous (sp.)LOL. Keep up the good work.

Thats interesting that you need less sleep now that you are working out more. Do we feel more refreshed because of the workouts? I wish I could sleep less (and get in shape)....

Good for you! Do you not use a gym with a shower?

Yeah, a shower would be great after trekking with your bike! Glad you are keeping up with getting fit!
