Yeah, I noticed the GRID is easier to look at. I guess the folder video posting isn't coming back? I really miss it Nick. Oh well.....at least I found another way to post them. Not as long though. Enjoy your week Nick.
Update: It took almost 3 years to heal, but my back pain is mostly gone--occasional twinges but that's it. -- I Hurt my lower back a couple of years ago in a building accident. After months of physical therapy, I could begin sleeping through the night again. I've been sleeping well now for two years. Wait a minute, I mean mostly painless nights. --Altho a recent flair-up from getting a bit too funky on the dance floor.
Jogging, weights, cycling. Some knee pain. Tendency to overdo it.
Been googling a problem with my hand. Now think it's dyshydrotic eczema. Looking for solutions.

I try to eat healthy food, but sometimes the haagen-dasz, or the extra butter, or the extra helping makes its way, seemingly unaided, to my plate.

I've had a dalmation named Lonestar. Lived with a terrified mutt named Maria. In another house, lived with a beautiful one-fanged siamese named Mishi, that had a louser voice than Pavarotti.
My new GP says too high. Lipitor, i ask? "Fish Oil", see says. Lots of it. 3000mg a day for 6 mths. Ummmmkay. Now I must smell like a haddock. Perfect.
