Not employed, currently working on master's thesis in Gerontology - had fibromyalgia about 10 yrs, still struggle to reduce pain although Lyrica has helped recently - husband retired - another new granddaughter born in March

Decoupage, repainting/redecorating old dressers and chairs, reading, want to learn to crochet

Close Fibromyalgia
I was fortunate that my fibro was discovered rather quickly although had limited options for pain reduction - currently using Lyrica but have to supplement with MS Contin and Ibuprofin. Stress and over-doing tend to be my triggers for an episode. Family tends to be supportive verbally but not so much by action.

- Cymbalta Not Working
- Was drugged out all of the time - unable to function
- Duragesic Patch Not Working
- Was drugged out and sick to my stomach all the time - unable to function
- Effexor Not Working
- Drugged out all of the time - unable to function
- Elavil Not Working
- Was drugged out all of the time - unable to function
- Lyrica Working / Worked
- Seems to be working as long as I am not stressed or doing too much and getting overly tired
- Morphine Working / Worked
- Does help but may be having side effects - still monitoring
- Ultram Not Working
- Druged out and stomach upset all of the time
