Super Anxious Mood

This weekend I embarked on something new with a co-worker who I've had a crush on for a while. I was quite happy about it as I think he is, too.
Today I sent a email via work email. I think this may have been unprofessional. Just trying to adjust and figure out what's appropriate and what's not... It's making me quite anxious.
