You have to talk to yourself in a postitive way and think positive as well. Make this a daily project, and it works. Just say to yourself you can do it. The anxiety actually will get less tense. And slowly it will go away. Think positive:)

| Acupuncture (Working / Worked) I was a mess when I went in, when I left I was much more calm. I can't afford to get it a s much as I need it. | |
| Breathing Exercises (Working / Worked) | |
| Valerian (Working / Worked) 1 or 2 "OO" capsules at night helps me get to sleep. 1 capsule once or twice a day helps me stay calm and focus. It can cause sleepiness. | |
