About Me
I'm a single mom of an 11 yr.old boy.I recently bought my 1 st home.I have FM, RA, Degenerative disc disease.I had neck surgery 6yrs ago.I'm in alot of pain most of the time.I try and deal with it the best I can.I've tried tons of different meds, most don't work for me.Most of the time I have an acceptance of how I am now but I do have days where I grieve to be my "old self".I have fought depression my whole life.I was in a severe car accident when I was 7 yrs. old and now believe I've had FM my whole life.
Interests
Well, I love to sew, crochet, garden, feed birds, play cards, use my computer, write music, play guitar.I love C.S.I. shows and movies.I love to be in the sun and water. I love to swim.Most of the things I love I can't do very much due to how I feel.I try and do as much as I can when I'm able.

I 've been a workaholic my whole life,independent,strong person.My life is totally different now.I try and keep the best attitude I can.Mornings are bad for me!It takes me awhile to get going.I haven't worked in 5 yrs.God has blessed me and I try and be the best I can be now(wich is hard some days)

- It helps
- Aqua Therapy Working / Worked
- This always helps but not always available
- Cymbalta Working / Worked
- Still using.Helps with depression but not the pain
- Elavil Working / Worked
- Have used this one on and off for years for depression.Terrible dry mouth and weight gain!
- Heat Working / Worked
- This helps and I use often.
- Lyrica Working / Worked
- Terrible side effects!I had terrible weight gain and became very lethargic.I had bad dizzy spells and was afraid to drive.
- Neurontin Working / Worked
- Didn't have any bad effects but it didn't relieve any symptoms.
- Ultram Working / Worked
- Didn't help the pain
