We are beginning our slow and steady increase in distance. Right now we are sticking to 4 miles. We did it yesterday, and it felt pretty good. I need to keep in mind that I don't have to hurry through this process, because we have plenty of time. Just small goals that will keep me headed in the right direction. I really want to do this!
