Close Anxiety
I have recently been diagnosed with anxiety disorder even though I've dealt with this since I was very young. I'm 23 and have now decided to seek help. I have been seeing my doctor and am taking Effexor for it. It seems to help for now.

Close Panic Attacks
I am 23 and suffer from Anxiety. This of course goes hand in hand with panic attacks. I'm currently on medication and am looking for ways of overcoming this problem.

I've gained quite a bit of weight in the last few years and I want to start eating healthier and taking better care of myself.

- Eat Less Working / Worked
- Still working on this. Trying not to eat too much of something.
- Weight Watchers Working / Worked
- I've done it before but quit. I had success on the diet and found it to be pretty easy.
- Drinking Water Working / Worked
- I drink water instead of soda. It helps control my appetite and keeps me from snacking.
- Physical Exercise Too Soon to Tell
- Just started at a gym and even though I haven't seen much for results, I feel great when I'm done. I'm sure it will pay off soon.
