Close Eczema
I have suffered with eczema all my life, but I find that good attitide and gfood diet along with active keeping clean and moisturised has really made life more tolorable. I come here to share, find new ideas and offer what has worked for me.
Treatments
- Aloe Vera Working / Worked
- very soothing nad healing
- Eucerin Working / Worked
- do use fop moisturizing especially in the winter time
- Evening Primrose Oil Working / Worked
- helps alot especially for inflamation
- Hydrocortisone Not Working
- found that these kind of steroids just seem to mask the problem and there is no longterm affects from use.
- Melaleuca Tea tree oil Working / Worked
- Love tea tree oil, take baths with it, use on infections and even works for bug bites. There are other brands of tea tree oil besides Melaleuca and I find them just as effective and cheaper. Melaleuca is just a brand, be aware of that all.
- Protopic Working / Worked
- tried and had lots of redness and burning
- Triamcinolone Topical Working / Worked
- used this too in the past, the eczema always seems to come back with topical steroids.
