      For Panic Attacks Take This "Gos" pill (Gospel): "I have the peace of God that passes all of my understanding". So if you hide in Christ and Jesus is your friend and Lord; then He can always save you from panic; fear, anxiety, fear of loss, fear of the unknown. In fact I have found that if you "know" Jesus, then you can know everything or anything you can believe God will teach you about. But... be ready to learn the real way and that is: by experience. Live gets very exciting with Jesus leading you on! He is real and He will be for you whatever you need for Him to be: Comforter, friend, Savior, Lord, Master, teacher, healer, counselor, etc. Anything you need. denita

      I've had mild anxiety since I was little, but now anxiety is a daily thing for me.

      Treatments

      Breathing Exercises Working / Worked
      Has helped calm myself.
      Meditation Working / Worked
      Has worked to promote relaxation.
      Positive Thinking Working / Worked
      Writing down a list of affirmations, (e.g., "I am fine. There is nothing to worry about. I am healthy. I will be successful." et al)and reading these when I have anxiety really helps to get my mind thinking in a positive light.

      I had my first panic attack when I was the age of 10. Since then attacks have occured maybe once a year until recently, they have been occurring every other day.
