Treatments
- Effexor Working / Worked
- In combination with seroquel, effexor is great.
- Music Working / Worked
- The only time I ever truly feel at peace and alive at the same time is with my guitar in my hands
- Paxil Not Working
- Paxil actually made me worst, it nearly drove me to suicide.
- Positive Thinking Somewhat Helpful
- Since I discovered seroquel, I find I am able to think far more positively than in the past.
- Psychotherapy Too Soon to Tell
- I met with my Pdoc finally, seen the same person 5 years ago a few times. He is highly regarded by others who has seen him and in that one visit, he really surprised me and I do believe he can help me with a lot of my problems.
- Seroquel Working / Worked
- I am still seeing improvements every day.
- Support from Friends & Family Somewhat Helpful
- Sometimes, the problem is, when you really need someone, they are not always there for you

- It done what it was suppose to do, however I had a embarrassing major (male) side effect from it, I cannot take it.

I have a condition called spondyloisthesis. Has not been a lot of fun.
Treatments
- Bedrest Somewhat Helpful
- get in the right position, it can take some of the hurt away
- Ibuprofen Not Working
- in order to get rid of the pain when the nerve is pinched, I would have to eat bottle after bottle of Advil. It is ok for mild pain but that is about it. It is hard on the stomach as well over time.
- Relaxation Somewhat Helpful
- Anyone with a back condition should take it easy.

- Ativan Working / Worked
- It works if I take enough.
- Breathing Exercises Somewhat Helpful
- steady breathing in a controlled way is ok to ease off the anxiety. Works better when it is a mild attack.
- Paxil Not Working
- Never helped at all.
- Trazodone Somewhat Helpful
- It was ok, but I had a side effect from it, I cannot take Trazodone.
