Close Back Pain

I got injuried on the job about, i would say going on 3 years in june. im 20 years old now and having a really hard time cooping with this still. I guess i had a pre excisting condition but when at work i guess the doctors say i aggervated my back. I am in continues pain in my lower back. I cant walk, lay down, sit, stand or do any of the activits i lovd to do like dancing and snowmobiling. I just dont want to risk being in anymore pain, so i stay away from anything i once did.

Treatments

Acupuncture Not Working

this did not work at all for me it did make me relaxed but did not make my pain go away.

Bedrest Not Working

this did not work because it killed my back to sit or lay down to long. i couldnt lay there for more then 10- 20 mins.

Cortisone (Injection) Not Working

Very painful and i did cry. I did not like the long needle and i could feel the needle going in on one side of my back.

Heat Not Working

once again just relaxes the muscule but doesnt take away my pain.

Hydrocodone Somewhat Helpful

i have taken vicodin it does take away some of the pain. and helps me sleep.

Ibuprofen Not Working

no ibuprofen works and i have been on alot of anti flamators and nothing helped

Physical Therapy Somewhat Helpful

i did go before and it made me worst then about 6 months later i went again and it was starting to help a bit, but had to stop.

Relaxation Not Working

once again this really didnt help becuase i couldnt get relief from being at home cause standing sitting laying walking all hurt.
