I am currently attending Harrisburg Area Community College to earn an Assoicates Degree in Social Serives. My family is my top priority in life and I enjoy spending time with them.

      As I get older I seem to have less self control with my eating habits. I use food (espcially sweets!) for comfort, and quick energy. When I was younger I could lose weight and maintain my weight with self control on my own by eating less and exercising more. Now I have back problems that make it difficult to exercise, and I seem to lack the self control I used to have over my eating habits. I weigh 198lbs and have never weighed this much before. I think very poorly of my body image.

      Eating Healthier Foods Working / Worked
      Yes it worked. But my "sweets addiction" always gets in the way!
      Physical Exercise Working / Worked
      Is great for me when my "back issues" allow it.
      Weight Watchers Working / Worked
      I did it with a group of women I worked with. It helped at the time.
