      Trying to get back to my "good size" since the day I left the Army I don't weigh myself. But I joined a gym.....again! But I love this one! Everyone is so nice! I have a trainer who is scary/fun/trying to kill me, but now I want to meet with him 2x a week on top of the daily cardio I'm doing!

      Treatments

      Elliptical Trainer Working / Worked
      it's working...I think. First weigh in (I won't let them tell me my weight!) I have a size goal in mind.
      Hiking Working / Worked
      it's working...I think. First weigh in (I won't let them tell me my weight!) I have a size goal in mind. I do this every day with my 2 dogs.
      Running Working / Worked
      have gotten back to the point where I can run again! I like how I feel but I can tell I'm not in the Army anymore....or ready to trail run. I am up to 1 mile and fartleks the rest of the time.
