I came home from the BHF shop yesterday to find a message on the ansaphone.  I'd been invited back to the Phab club to help celebrate some friends' ruby wedding anniversary.  (I'd stopped going as it clashed with a college course I had to do.)  They'd arranged a fish and chip supper and it was good to see friends again.  Come the end it felt as though I'd hadn't been away.  This was their last meeting before breaking up for the summer holidays so I was made to promise to go back in the September.  Overall, I'm glad I went.

My mood turned a bit negative this afternoon and I don't really know why.  I wonder whether it's due to the job loss coupled with the threatened cost in the increase of living.  I've enough in the bank but it's still a cause of stress.  Once I'm on a downward spiral, I start festering over the past and it all ends up with a bit of self-harm (just a bruise as a rule).  Doing that though, seems to put everything else into perspective again.  I'm fine again now and still generally positive regarding Phab.
