 Panic Attacks
I have panic attacks all the time that are unexplained. I do have asthma but i don't think thats the problem. I have this thing where I concentrate on my breathing too much and it makes me feel like I'm not getting enough oxygen in my lungs, then i panic, and end up almost passing out, having to rush to the bathroom and splash cold water all over my face. This usually only happends when I think about it, but when my mind is on something else it doesn't seem to bother me.Its getting old.
Treatments
 Patience (Somewhat Helpful)
usually I just splash cold water onto my face. It helps somewhat, but then my mind wanders back thinking I can't breath and I freak out. So basically i just wait it out.
 Positive Thinking (Somewhat Helpful)
positive thinking only helps a little, it gets my mind off the stress.

 Accidents
I was 15, last day of spring break, got into a traumatic car accident. I was in the backseat. The guy who was driving was going 80 mph around a tight curve, flipped the car three times and landed upside down.Come to find out I had broken my pelvis in 4 spots, dislocated my right shoulder, had a horrible bump on my head, brouses, and scratches. Was bed ridden for about 3 to 4 months and suffer from short term memory loss.I'm ...
Treatments
 Physical Therapy (Somewhat Helpful)
I did physical theropy twice, for my left knee and pelvis. It did help me rebuild my strenght to walk again. Although i still suffer from back problems to this day.

 Breast Cancer
I do not have breast cancer, but i do have Fibroid Tumers in each of my breast. Making it very sore and painful each day. There is no support group for Fibroid Tumors so i'm joining the closets thing. Breast cancer runs in my family and the doctor said these Fibroid tumors could become cancerous. I'm only 18 and its kinda nerve racking. I'm on no treatments and can't afford surgery because my health insurance has been cut off. Until then, i sit day by day wondering if it could get worse.
