About Me
I am approaching 40, not stessing about it at all. I run a business with my husband (I do most of the work while he surfs the internet) married 20 years with 4 children. Ages 7, 10, 16, and a married 22 year old. No grandkids yet, but looking forward to it if my son ever learns to support himself and his wife. Feeling much better lately. My husband is really trying hard to make things work. Sticking with DS anyway just for all the great freinds I've made.
Interests
My favorite way to relax is hanging out with my kids at Disneyland and working on my house and garden. I also love to have my friends over to cook and hang out by the pool.

Open Insomnia
I have suffered insomnia since childhood and it seems I have passed it on to my kids. Luckily I have been able to control it somewhat with lots of effort.

- Ambien Somewhat Helpful
- When it works I jerk awake with the alarm feeling like I didn't sleep at all. Hangover is not as bad as with over the counter meds.
- Meditation Working / Worked
- Pm yoga no later that 6pm make me go to bed feeling good
- Music Working / Worked
- Alpha relaxation tapes are very helpful.
- Reading Working / Worked
- Audio books that I have heard before so I don't keep myself up wondering what will happen next.
