Today has started off as a great day. My wife was good to me yesterday and this morning I had that warm feeling all over my head again. I haven't had any trouble with intrusive thoughts today and no depression....I am not motivated but that is from job burnout. I am going to schedule vacation time soon to fix that. But wow I feel so good today like the old me again
