I love my sport and anything to do with it.I like challenges as im quite driven and goal orientated which at times is a trait that can be a pain in the ass.Im a qualified gym instructor but constantly feel self conscious as i dont feel my body shape represents someone who trains as hard as i do.I always find myself wrecking my weight loss efforts by days of overeating/binging.Im 5'5 and roughly 160lbs.Im determined to get to the 126lbs i want to be and would be greatful for all the help, advice and support people could give.
Im a fairly active person who loves to watch or play any sport.Regularly go to the gym and use to play golf at county leval.I enjoy the odd night out but try to limit them as dont handle my drink very well:)

Love my sports and love to exercise.So much so became a gym instructor a few years back and now doing my personal training qualification.Would like to get in better shape though as my nutrition has always hindered my potential to be the best i can be.Would like to start running again as i used to take part in alot of 10km races.
