    About Me

    I love my sport and anything to do with it.I like challenges as im quite driven and goal orientated which at times is a trait that can be a pain in the ass.Im a qualified gym instructor but constantly feel self conscious as i dont feel my body shape represents someone who trains as hard as i do.I always find myself wrecking my weight loss efforts by days of overeating/binging.Im 5'5 and roughly 160lbs.Im determined to get to the 126lbs i want to be and would be greatful for all the help, advice and support people could give.

    Interests

    Im a fairly active person who loves to watch or play any sport.Regularly go to the gym and use to play golf at county leval.I enjoy the odd night out but try to limit them as dont handle my drink very well:)

      Been yo-yo dieting for roughly 3 years.Lost roughly 3stone only to put it back on straight away.Constantly trying new faddy diets or training regimes.So frustrated with constantly sabataging my own efforts just as i seem to be getting somewhere!

      Treatments

      Body for Life Somewhat Helpful
      Tried it for roughly 2months and saw results only to throw in the towel after a days binge
      Counting Calories Working / Worked
      This along with exercise worked really well but only for so long.Got really obsessive about it and starting eating less and less and exercising more and more.
      Eat Less Somewhat Helpful
      Again worked for a while untill i started dating and my partner cooked for us.Portions just grew and grew back to original size.
      Physical Exercise Working / Worked
      When i got to my lowest weight i was running everyday for an hour.It was great but after a few months my body was really messed up.Was so exhausted i had to have 6weeks off work which then led to depression.

      Always been a bit of a gym bunny and without it feel things could be alot worse.Use it as a stress release.

      Love my sports and love to exercise.So much so became a gym instructor a few years back and now doing my personal training qualification.Would like to get in better shape though as my nutrition has always hindered my potential to be the best i can be.Would like to start running again as i used to take part in alot of 10km races.

      Elliptical Trainer Working / Worked
      Personal Trainer Working / Worked
      Had multiple pt in the past but feel now i have the knowledge to use the correct training methods to reach my goals.However do lack the motivation sometimes which is why pts are so good.
      Running Working / Worked
      I would say one of the best weight loss methods you could try and fantastic for improving fitness.
      Strength Training Working / Worked
      Brilliant to scult your body into the shape you want but unless you get the fat off your never see those lean muscles.
      Weight Training Working / Worked
      Same as strength training but more mass building.Great for increase metabolism.
