About Me: I am 40 years old and am a Wife and Mother of a total of 4 children (19, 17, 13 and 8 months) 2 Stepdaughters (25 and 23) and a Grandmother of 4 going on 5. After having my last Baby I had the Mirena and I got pregnant on that and had a uteral infection and a misscarrige and I started a new Job all within a couple of weeks. Eversince then I have had (for the first time in my life) severe anxiety attacks and now also a light depression. I am looking for people like me to talk to and to learn to deal with it. I have been put on medication but do not want to stay on those for the rest of my life. I was a really happy person before and I want to go back to that. Specially since I have so much to live for!

Hallo, da kannst Du froh und stolz sein , dass Deine Kinder den High School Abschluss machen. Meine Soehne haben Probleme mit den Schulen hier und sind jetzt etwas hintendran. Als wir herkamen, waren sie immer so gut in der Schule.Na ja, hoffe sie schaffen das noch irgendwie. Schoenes Wochenende!

I am 40 years old and just this year for the first time in my life I started having severe anxiety attacks after having a miscarrige (I got pregnant on Mirena) and I also had a severe Uteral Infection and started a new Job all in a couple of weeks. I am trying to find ways to deal with that and can use any advice.
Treatments
Xanax (Somewhat Helpful) it helps but I get very tired on that
