I really feel a failure at this!
It's 8 weeks and I'm still at 21 lbs down!
I know that if I exercise more and eat only "good stuff" I'll lose, but I could have joined Slimming World to do that and saved myself £10,000!
I've become morose and no fun to be with.
If I try hard and lose more, what happens when I slip into old habits? Will I put it all back on ?
I chose this route because I'm rubbish at self-control.
I'm really depressed and feel utterly useless.
