I have the same problem. I was diagnosed with GAD, Panic Attacks and Depression. Dr prescribed me with 20mg of Lexapro and .5 mg of Klonopin in which I take in the morning. However around 7:00pm the anxiety and depression returns so my Dr. increased the Klonopin to .5mg in the evening along with 25mg of seroquel and another 50mg of seroquel before I go to bed to help me sleep, So far this is working well for me when I take it as prescribed. Hope this info is helpful to you.

Thanks for the support. I have lots of other issues like genetic colitis that complicates my Factor V... I have blood clots in my right leg and my liver. Besides the warfarin thay gave me a Tulip Vena Cava Filter during my 6 week hospital stay... I've been home for about 2 weeks. The swelling in my right leg is finally going down. I am adjusting and trying to get my strength back so I can return to work.
