I *finally* got my Kaplan study material yesterday and sat down to start studying - There are 2 CD-ROMs and neither is Mac compatible! I looked online and there was NOTHING in there indicating system requirements. All I could find was a reference to a DIFFERENT NCLEX CD-ROM that IS compatible with all the different Macs. So I call the company this morning, get treated rudely, forced to leave a message, and am promised a call back ASAP. Yeah, right. So I call this afternoon and get a $*%&* jerk who claims not to have a supervisor, that he is the end-all and doesn't answer to anybody. Yeah right. Oh, and I have to wait 6-8 weeks for my money back and they can NOT transfer my money the online version with the identical cost. After 1/2 hour, I finally talk to another manager. (Nobody else, huh?) And find out that most of the sh** he told me was wrong! *&$(%@#*&%#(#%&!!!! So what's gonna happen now with my life-changing exam looming ahead? I'll be enrolled in the online "class" and can start as soon as my refund comes through - 3-5 days. I'm not mad, I'm not pissed. I'm beyond that. I'm fuming. Everybody talks highly of Kaplan. DO NOT USE KAPLAN!!!! They are disorganized, irresponsible, liers!

Oh, progress... Yeah... I actually started to look at their review book. I didn't plan to, 'cause I'm ready just to do questions, but I don't really have a choice. That's progress, right?
