  My husband does the same exact thing. He asks me at least 10 times a day if I love him. It always has to be about him.

  I have read that the incidence of re-offending is pretty high...it becomes a bit of an addiction...the high when they're involved in the "chase". We long-term spouses can't compete with that kind of feeling. Unless the cheater has a come-to-Jesus moment or does some serious work with a therapist, I wouldn't trust 'em as far as I could throw 'em.
