I am just now going through diagnosis. I all of a sudden lost vision with optic neuritis in dec 2007. Lots of tests and hospital stay later still trying to get a final diagnosis. I should have a final diagnosis in May w/anotherMRI.They believe I have MS which would explain a lot of things for me, but can't give a final diagnosis because I have lesion from optic neuritis and 1 other. I havesymptoms. How long does it take to get final diagnosis and to start tx of symptoms to help mefeelbetter?
I have a wonderful husband, 3 active growing boys! I am going to college. I love spending time with family! I love gardening, water (especially when I get to the ocean, OBX), games, kids' sports, coffee lover, boating, and the sun if it ever comes finally in OHIO! I also have have a "lovely" full time job as autoworker! Great fun there!

Hi, my name is Sherry. For the past 6 months I have been going through the dx process for MS now as of my latest Neuro visit they want me to get tested for Lupus? I have fibromyalgia, Optic Neuritis, and Symptoms. Her are my other symptoms: Fatigue, muscle weakness, muscle spasticity, bladder dysfunction, tremors, migraines, neck pain, chest pains, sleep problems, dizzines, blurred vision, doulbe vision, and light sensitive vision. I also have 2 lesions on mRI.This has been a long process.
