I was in a car accident in 1998, a year later I started NS implant.

Treatments

Dilantin Not Working

Did not work, made me very sick, had to go into the hospital for two weeks

Keppra Working / Worked

It does work but not alone, I had grand-mal and partials taking just Keppra. Now taking 4000mgs per day

Lamictal Somewhat Helpful

Was helpful for a while, also have to change meds, some side effects

Tegretol Working / Worked

worked ok for a while, then had to be changed

Topamax Not Working

Did not work for me did not stop or slow down seizure activity

Vagus nerve stimulation Working / Worked

Working well alone with the medicine
