Well friends I can tell you that recovery has definitely started to occur...eating more and exercising less, and I haven't even seen my therapist in 3 weeks; however, when we do see each other in the next week or so, I bet she will tell me that I met (or exceeded) our first step towards weight gain...can still fit in my clothes, but ED tells me that my flesh is showing and not as much bone (trigger)...I want the old me back sometimes, but am liking the fact that I can eat food again b/c it is helpful to my marriage. See, my husband likes eating with me and this is how my recovery began with his encouragement and frustration over my not eating. A lot of our happier times revolve around meals. So, you see, I really had no choice. I still go to the gym; however, I get up early in the morning and am there by 6:30am and exercise until 7:30 am -- today, I couldn't get up and I was glad too, b/c I had to work from 9 to 7:15pm and if I had gotten up any earlier I would have been beat down tired tonight. Will go in the morning before my husband and I do our weekend activities, like the movies, etc.. Well, that's about it. Hope everyone is doing well.

Good for you my friend! Eating disorders are a challenge but you can beat this with support of your husband, friends and therapist. Stay focused on the plan and don't forget to let God in the plan of healing. He is there for you! Much love,
