WHAT IS DEATH TO ME? Mood
Monday, April 14, 2008
Many people see death as the end! but i see it as a change of address, its normal for human nature to mourn the passing of a love one, because we get use to having each other around and we dont like change, change in many ways implicates the ego, we dont see death as a normal part of life (we live and we die), movies have distorted the idea of what it really is also putting fear in thoughts of many.  Death is a transition, and for many who have lost a love one and have experienced a vision of sort confirming the successful passing and that they are alive and well  releaves the families involved and gives them peace which surpasses undererstanding    , some say these are hallucanations but if they were why would people all over the world going through the same thing experienceing the same visions.  Jesus was the first to show us there is life after death and there is knothing to be afraid of when we put our hope in him..........................

    It is so wonderful to have that promise from Jesus for those of us that have put their faith in Him. John 11:25

    25Jesus said to her, "I am the resurrection and the life. He who believes in me will live, even though he dies;

    If that doesn't make us want to shout I don't know what will. It's so wonderful! Saints of old use to call it "getting promoted to glory" I like that! Its wonderful to know that we have that hope!

    The Resurrection of Christ
    1 Cor15:1 Now I would remind you, brothers, [1] of the gospel I preached to you, which you received, in which you stand, 2 and by which you are being saved, if you hold fast to the word I preached to you—unless you believed in vain.

    3 For I delivered to you as of first importance what I also received: that Christ died for our sins in accordance with the Scriptures, 4 that he was buried, that he was raised on the third day in accordance with the Scriptures, 5 and that he appeared to Cephas, then to the twelve. 6 Then he appeared to more than five hundred brothers at one time, most of whom are still alive, though some have fallen asleep. 7 Then he appeared to James, then to all the apostles. 8 Last of all, as to one untimely born, he appeared also to me. 9 For I am the least of the apostles, unworthy to be called an apostle, because I persecuted the church of God. 10 But by the grace of God I am what I am, and his grace toward me was not in vain. On the contrary, I worked harder than any of them, though it was not I, but the grace of God that is with me. 11 Whether then it was I or they, so we preach and so you believed.
