Close Parents of Children with ADHD
After taking my 3rd phone call in a week from a crying preschool teacher claiming my daughter was the next Hitler, I got her to a new doctor who diagnosed ADHD. That was 6 years and numerous med changes ago. Today things have settled down to a manageable level, but everyday still brings new challenges and rewards!
Close Multiple Sclerosis (MS)
I have yet to get an official diagnosis, but my neuro is calling it "probable MS." Started with abdominal pain 4 years ago and has progressed to my entire right side being weak and numb. I'm just starting a new round of tests, hoping that they will show something so I can finally have an answer

Open Chronic Pain
I've had abdominal pain for the last 4+ years and have had so many tests come back "normal" it's incredibly discouraging. It's been called everything from MS to fibromyalgia to IBS to psychosomatic. I've had and fired numerous doctors and just fired one of the (alledged) best pain docs in the world. I just want someone to figure out what the deal is so I don't have to keep saying "I don't know what is wrong with me" and have to keep hearing "you're exaggerating, it's in your head"
